Lithographic Communications has an open position within their Variable Data Processing Team! Are you dependable? Do you possess a high attention to detail? Are you a creative problem solver who can “think outside the box”? If so, then no previous experience is required, but a working knowledge of MS Excel is a plus! Fully paid, on-the-job training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare customer data files (mailing lists and matrices) for processing within various software tools
- Export and prepare final mail files for variable data printing and mailing in accordance with USPS standards
- Communicate directly with clients via email and phone throughout the entire variable data proofing process
- Provide company wide support throughout any given job’s production requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- College degree preferred, but not required…background in Computer Science or Mathematics a strong plus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong work ethic
- Extremely high attention to detail
- Able to work independently and be a self-starter
- Ability to adapt and work within a faced-paced environment
- Basic Excel proficiency (advanced Excel knowledge a plus)
